Quick Spanish Rice

2 cups water

1/4 cup salsa

1 tsp. chili powder

1/4 tsp. cumin

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1 cup long grain rice

1 tsp. lime juice


Bring water, salsa,chili powder, cumin and garlic powder to a boil.

Add the rice and stir, cover tightly and simmer for about 15 minutes, until

rice is tender. Flake with a fork adding the lime juice. Serve warm
