1 cup water
1 x sticks cinnamon
1 tbsp allspice, whole
1/2 cup Vidalia onion, chopped
3 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar

In a pot, place butter and onions, sauté for 10 minutes or until softened. Add cider vinegar and cook for 2 minutes. Add apples, lemon, water, cinnamon stick and allspice, simmer for 15-20 minutes covered.
Place in a food processor and puree until smooth.
Seasin with salt, sugar and brandy.

Another simple recipe, great with pork roast, or ham. Have the bean's on the side.
